1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using a beta account, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts are personal unless we expressly approve a team or organization account.
If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Do not share sign-in codes or permit another person to use your account.
2. The beta service
White Paper Digester turns user-selected sources into generated reports, scripts, audio, captions and related organization tools. The beta may change, be interrupted, impose usage limits or remove features. We may discontinue the beta after reasonable notice where practicable.
The service is a research and comprehension aid. It is not a substitute for the original source or professional medical, legal, financial, safety or regulatory advice.
3. Your inputs and generated outputs
You retain your rights in material you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of generated outputs. That does not create rights that the law does not recognize or override rights in the source. You are responsible for confirming that you may submit each source and for reviewing any output before relying on or distributing it.
4. AI limitations
Outputs are generated automatically and can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, biased or similar to material produced for someone else. We do not warrant factual accuracy, originality, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. Check important claims against the original and other authoritative sources.
5. Sources, copyright and access controls
Submit only material you own, are licensed or permitted to process, can lawfully access, or may otherwise use under applicable law. Do not use the service to bypass a paywall, login, technical restriction or other access control, or to reconstruct and redistribute a protected work.
We may remove or disable material, revoke public shares, suspend accounts and respond to rightsholder notices. Repeated infringement can result in account termination.
6. Sharing
Digests are private unless you create a share link. Anyone holding an active link may access the material it exposes, so treat the link as a bearer secret and revoke it when it should no longer work. You are the publisher of material you choose to share and are responsible for that distribution.
Hiding a source redacts source links and uploaded filenames from supported share surfaces; it is not anonymity. Generated text or audio may still identify or name the source.
7. Usage allowances and future paid plans
Beta usage units are a limited permission to request service operations. They are product service units, not model tokens, money, stored value or a payment method. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may expire under the displayed allowance policy.
Paid plans are not currently offered. Before a paid launch, checkout will state the price, billing period, renewal, included service allowance, expiry or rollover, cancellation method, taxes and refund rules. Existing beta accounts will not be enrolled or charged without an explicit purchase. One-time paid service packs are not part of the current launch model.
8. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these Terms. Where the account controls are enabled, an account-deletion request freezes new activity immediately and provides a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion. Prepare an export first if you need a copy.
9. Service disclaimers and liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, loss of data or decisions made from generated output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the beta changes. Material changes will be shown in the service or sent to the account email before they take effect where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and request deletion.
